GuidesUnited is an online marketplace for guides and travel agencies to sell their tours directly to travellers. This could also be written the other way around:
GuidesUnited is an online marketplace where travelers book tours directly from local guides and travel agencies.
This is a platform that so far to whichever tour guide friend I told about it, I got the same response "This is what the industry needed".

Maybe I can go the idea behind guidesunited.com on another blogpost but for now, just the technical part:
It is again a Django & Wagtail website using HTMX and Alpine JS for interactions. Everything is built internally, no JQuery, no other external CSS and JS libraries.

It is live and by the time I am writing this article, it has been less than 2 months that we launched GuidesUnited and there are more than 200 guides already on-boarded.
